I lead more than 10 projects related to STEM. Mostly it's the non-profit project and social enterprise project.

Problem solving is a skill that I need to use for building all that 10 projects and especially the project related to digital solution.
UI & UX Design
I have experience design UI & UX for 2 years using figma. So far I have created 4 mobile application as the digital solution.

About Me
Hi I'm Menghorng, a little girl grow up in a rural area of Kampong Cham province. Despite facing barriers and gender stereotype challenges being a young female interested in STEM education, I have launched my own project "Ladies in Tech" to support and inspire more girls to pursue a career in tech. I have participated in countless competitions related to Education, Tech, Business and Environment. Now I run my own startup "STEMUNITY" to help Cambodian student to pursue in STEM Education. Now I'm a girl in Tech, a startup founder, a motivational speaker, and a project leader.
